Scottie Crafts class

I am running this class at Scottie Crafts next Wednesday, Nov 20th 10a.m. till noon.I have been playing with the awesome new Tim Holtz Paper Rosette die! So easy to fold! My mind is racing with other ideas for using it!

The background paper is a gorgeous resist paper from Pink Paislee which I have inked. The patterned paper is from the Webster's Pages Hollywood Vogue. I have also used the Martha Stewart pansy punch and added some cool Prima page pebbles.

Have a great weekend! x

I have watered down some colbalt blue Lumiere paint and lightly sprayed the Core'indations glittery cardstock and added a Cricut cut snowflake background using the Graphically Speaking cartridge. The trees are cut from the very cute Best Creation Inc range of papers.

Products used: White Core'indations glittery cardstock
Glazed white patterned cardstock rubbed over with Rangers Distress Ink - peeled paint
White cardstock for diecut
Best Creation Inc patterned paper
Thickers glitter puffy letter stickers
Prima flowers and wee roses
lace
All these great products are available in the Scottie Crafts fabulous store and from the website.

Bye for now!

Last project for Celebrate NZ comp!

For the last project in the Celebrate NZ competition at Scrapbook Outlet, we were sent a mystery product that we had to use! I cant say that I was thrilled when I opened the envelope to find a set of Kaiser wooden dolls!! Not what I imagined at all! For a start, it meant an 'off-the-page' project. Anyway after the initial "oh no!", I decided to get some positive thoughts happening!
As Christmas is sneaking up all too fast I decided to "think decorations" and came up with this set of angels for the mantlepiece.
Actually, I am quite chuffed with them and even tho' its a tad early to start decorating, they can stay on the mantlepiece until after Christmas!

Scottie Crafts DT

I am feeling very excited about becoming part of the DT at the very cool new Scottie Crafts - The Pink Store with crafts galore! They stock some of the coolest brands, such as Tim Holtz, Prima ,Webster's Pages etc. For such a small shop they have an amazing array of stock. Adrienne, Ann and Wendy are super friendly and helpful. If you live nearby or are passing through do call in!  It is a really nice place to visit! Click here to read their blog.

In my first LO, Christmas Dreams, I have cut a diecut frame, fussy cut some very cute Best Creations Inc. papers, inked some of the stunning glazed patterned cardstock and added plenty of glittery effects using Stickles and Diamon Dust on the flowers.
For anyone interested, I will be running this as a class at Scottie Crafts on Wednesday, 13th October, 10am till noon.

Cheers x
